By placing an order with Andaz-e-Rawayat, you automatically agree to the following streamlined terms:

1. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are in PKR and include local taxes.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, system glitches, or stock unavailability.

2. Product & Color Variations

  • Slight color variations may occur due to photographic lighting and mobile screen settings.

  • We are not liable for fabric damage caused by incorrect washing or tailoring. Dry cleaning or gentle hand-washing is recommended.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • Deliveries take 3 to 7 working days across Pakistan.

  • Important: Courier rules strictly prohibit opening the sealed flyer before handing over the full payment to the rider.

4. Strict Exchange-Only Policy (No Refunds)

  • No Cash Refunds: We maintain a strict Exchange-Only policy. Cash refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

  • 7-Day Limit: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp.

  • Condition: Articles must be unworn, unwashed, and unstitched with original tags. Cut or altered fabric cannot be exchanged.

  • Courier Charges: The customer bears the shipping cost to send items back for standard exchanges (size/design preference).

  • Damaged Items: Defective or wrong items will be replaced at zero extra cost if reported with photo proof within 48 hours.

5. Copyright & Legal

  • All product designs, photos, and brand imagery are the exclusive intellectual property of Andaz-e-Rawayat. Legal action will be taken against unauthorized duplication.
