1. Delivery Timeline

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 working days.

• Note: Delivery times may vary during festival launches, sales, or public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: Flat Rs. 250 on all orders across Pakistan.

• Free Shipping: Nationwide free delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

• We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

• Important Courier Rule: As per standard courier regulations in Pakistan, customers are strictly prohibited from opening the sealed flyer/box before handing over the full payment to the rider.

4. Order Verification

• All COD orders are subject to verification via a phone call or WhatsApp message before dispatch. Unverified orders will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your suit is dispatched, a tracking number and courier link (TCS, Leopards, or M&P) will be sent to you via SMS/WhatsApp so you can monitor your package live.
