1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this platform—including but not limited to brand name, logos, fabric designs, product imagery, videos, and text layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Andaz-e-Rawayat. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or resale for commercial purposes without our written consent constitutes copyright infringement and will be met with immediate legal action under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962.

2. Limitation of Liability

• Product Variations: All products are sold on an "as-is" basis. Due to photographic lighting and digital screen variations, we do not guarantee an absolute 100% color match between the digital image and the physical fabric.

• Fabric Misuse: Andaz-e-Rawayat is not legally liable for any damage caused to the fabric after delivery due to faulty tailoring, incorrect washing, shrinkage, or chemical treatments.

3. Operational Policy Enforcement

By purchasing from us, the customer legally acknowledges and accepts our Strict Exchange-Only Policy. Our refusal to issue cash refunds is legally protected under contractual terms agreed upon at checkout.

4. Anti-Fraud & COD Abuse

We reserve the right to block customers, blacklist addresses, and legal recovery paths against individuals who engage in systematic Cash on Delivery (COD) abuse (such as fake orders, repeated intentional delivery refusals, or rider harassment).

5. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

Any legal claims, disputes, or grievances arising from transactions with Andaz-e-Rawayat will be governed strictly by the laws of Pakistan and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant local consumer courts.
