1. The 7-Day Exchange Window

You can request an exchange for any article within 7 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Exchange

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstitched, and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact.

Unstitched Fabric: Must be returned in its complete, uncut length. Cut or altered fabric cannot be exchanged.

Sale Articles: Items purchased on sale or clearance are final and are not eligible for exchange unless a genuine manufacturing defect is proven.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect suit, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos via WhatsApp at [ 03244755350 ].

We will replace the item with the correct/undamaged article at zero extra cost to you.
4. Delivery & Logistics

Change of Mind/Size Issues: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or design, the customer will bear the return courier charges to send the package back to our fulfillment center.
